Probably the best steak I've ever had from a purely taste, flavor, doneness & temperature perspective. That's saying a lot as I've always scouted steaks from the Midwest to the West Coast and now to the East Coast. Nothing special about the occasion, I just had a taste for a nice steak one Monday night. I've been systematically trying all the known steak places around Naples - The Grill at the Ritz Carlton, Capital Grille, Fleming's and even Pewter Mug. Next up on the list are Preston's, Chops City Grill, Andre's, Shula's. I always go with the filet, that is my baseline in my scientific method. Along with the sauce at Manhattan, the sweet potato fries & a glass of Mark West pinot noir tonight, I am a happy happy girl. I've been chartered by a fellow steak lover to report back on the ribeye. I will update this review once that mission is complete. Bon appetit!

My big beef is we ordered the porterhouse for 4, it was suppose to be 80 ounces. It was 2 steaks back to back on the plate and maybe 50 ounces before cooking, it was good steak but we were ripped off.

Steak steak steak..,wow!! great service and the best NY strip I have ever had...and I have been to most of the best steak houses in the country..and I call home Chicago. Sides need a little help but were still very good. This is a keeper any time I am back in town...

I love their porterhouse for two. It was cooked exactly as we asked for. The sides are great. I think they can improve their starters then they would have a 5 star.

First time here. Hidden back off of 41 so never even knew they were here. One of our customers told us about it. Had the cowboy ribeye and lobster ravioli. Steak was tough and hard to cut. Flavor lacked a bit. Ravioli was ok. Mozz and tomato was fantastic. Probably won't return as price was not worth it for us. Cool atmosphere but not the place for us.

Completely agree with Diana's review, also having eaten at all the "best" steakhouses in the northeast. Have been here more than once now and each time this is the best steak I have ever had and a definite favorite of all the other diners at my table. They know how to cook a steak. Wow. It's fantastic.

Expensive, very limited menu. A slab of lettuce is called "salad". Not much for appetizers or desserts. If all you want is a slab of meat...go here.

This is a high end steakhouse with the finest aged beef. We had the porterhouse for two, creamed spinach and German home fries (sides are for two also). We could not have been happier. We are from NYC and Peter Luger's is our favorite steak house there. This place is right on par with it. The only difference is that Manhattan's has a modern beautiful atmosphere with marble floors, tin ceiling, venetian plastered walls with dark wood wainscoting beneath, and a back lit NYC style bar. The steak prices are not cheap but it is worth it! The side prices, beer and soda prices are reasonable. Use the street view on Google maps so you don't pass the hard to find shopping center the restaurant is in.

I have to agree with Diana T. The fact that Joan N would complain about getting decaf instead of regular and being up all night, and that is the first thing she brings up in the review, goes to show you the unrealistic expectations of diners since the The Food Channel aired. Maybe she had a bad experience, but she lost all credibility with me bringing that up. I mean...seriously....and who has grouper at a Steakhouse???? I've only been there once....over Thanksgiving in 2012. I was there with the guys on a golf trip. Since I'm in the area today and looking for a steakhouse, I came across these reviews and felt compelled to write one (which I normally don't do) Our experience was exceptional...especially on a night that wasn't too busy, and I'm sure the staff would have preferred to be with their families. The skinny...the food was fantastic. The service was very good. The wine list was not over priced. And the dining experience was perfect. I don't know what else they could have done to make our time there any better. Going back tomorrow night.

Awesome! Cowboy steak and rack of lamb done to perfection. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Much more cosy than the big name steak houses. A definite five stars.

We dined with a large party and I was very impressed with both the service and the food. I had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of fat. All of the sides we ordered were great and our wait staff was very attentive. Everyone in the group raved about their meals and I will certainly be going back.

These reviews are absurd. I am from New York, just outside of Manhattan, and have dined in some of the finest steak houses in the city. Just last month, I was in NYC and dined at one of my favorite well-known places, Gallaghers Steak House. Manhattan Steak House is on par with some of the finest I have dined in. Their dry-aged steaks are fabulous, as well as all their side dishes. This is a must dine for people seeking a real steak house. I was delighted to have found this gem right here in Bonita Springs. You will not be disappointed if you go. Bring your appetite because you'll want to try everything!

Service is very good. Good bar. Nice atmosphere but food is average at best. Steaks do not have the flavor and tenderness of a top tier steakhouse. Seafood was good. Btw - to the past reviewer, Gallagher's is not among the finest in NY. Not bad but not great.

Ok I asked for decaf coffee and got regular. I should of gotten Edward our waiters number because I was up all night. Had grouper which was tasteless. Creamed spinach was tasteless and tasted like it was from the frozen food department at the local supermarket. Chopped salad was the best part of the meal. If I went back there I would of gotten the salad and thats all. Sorry.

Had a great meal, steak was excellent. I had the ribeye, great flavor. They make a homemade steaksauce that is real good. The table next to us ordered the NY strip steak, it is very thick, and is served on a special very hot platter to have a sizzling steak when servered.
